COVID-19 Policy

Related to COVID-19 cases being significant, we have found it necessary to update our mask policy. Our staff and clients have experienced and shared some safety concerns. We are respectful that there is a wide range of opinions regarding the pandemic and masking policies. It is our duty as health professionals to follow the recommendations put forth by AHS, the Government of Alberta and the Alberta College and Association of Physiotherapists. Our therapists are using PPE of surgical grade masks and protective eyewear as typically physical distancing is not possible during treatment. We continue to ask that you wear a close-fitting mask that covers the nose and if you are unable to wear a mask, we are able to offer you Video-Virtual treatments. We understand this may present challenges to treatment and we will assist you in finding an alternate practitioner if you desire. We thank you for your patience and consideration while we will continue to navigate this challenging situation.
